Description: |
Part of the original nine holes, this par 3 green is VERY long and VERY narrow. Although fairly short hole, the slightly elevated green will see tee shots easily grabbed on windy days. Large and deep bunkers sit both left and right of the mid-point of the putting surface, but long and short is wide open and covered by regular rough. |
|
How to Play It: |
The hole location and wind direction determine the difficulty and best method to attack this hole. On windy days, a lower ball flight, or one with little left or right spin, is required to get the ball close. Without wind, be sure to add/subtract a club if the pin is back or front.
End up on the front of the green with a back pin, or the opposite, and be happy to two-putt. Most putts will break back towards the river. |
